I don't know really but as per my knowledge responsive web design is only for your site appearance on web.So i don't think responsive web design is effect on your ranking.

Responsive design is Google's recommended approach, but it isn't a guaranteed ranking boost. A responsive site with bloated JavaScript, poor LCP, thin content, and crawl errors can still tank in the SERPs.
Mobile-first indexing makes content parity essential. Nail technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and mobile UX.

"Yes, responsive design is an important Google ranking factor indirectly. Google recommends responsive web design because it helps websites adapt to different screen sizes, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.

A mobile-friendly website improves user experience and supports mobile-first indexing. However, responsive design alone does not guarantee higher rankings; content quality, page speed, and other SEO factors also matter."

From what i read google doesnt rank responsive by itself, its more about mobile-first indexing, so the mobile version is what gets indexed. Responsive just makes that easier since its the same html for everyone. Correct me if im wrong
