How to remove Japanese URLs from Google search results?

When I check for my website's indexed page in google using site:domain I'm getting the Japanese results.

I am now using the url removal tool in search console to remove the Japanese urls that i'm getting in the search results.

I'm getting the count of Japanese urls reduced, but it is not getting removed completely form my search results, day-by-day I'm getting new urls with old cache dates.

What can I do to get rid of these Japanese urls.
