For SEO purposes, is it best to have ALL images in one image folder?

Or is it better to have images (with relevant keyword-rich names) in a folder named with a relevant or matching name? IE if your site sells electronics, putting an image named "laptop.jpg" in a folder named "laptops" with the other html pages that deal with laptops, such as laptops.htm, mac-laptops.htm, etc.

Image name and Alt tags are powerful in SEO. So name your image with your keyword and also put Alt tag for it.
Folders not make a any sense.

You Just need to make sure that every image should have relevant ALT tags which is good as an SEO point of view.
