Please don't get me wrong. I don't expect Google to die. It will keep alive until the next centuries. The sentence has just crossed my mind, and I thought what would you SEO guys do, if Google was dead?

I could simply say, maybe they would need another job. What would it affect the whole cyber world?

Well said, if google died some other search engine would take second place.  I'd probably move over to Yahoo but the se game would be wide open again. Problem is that aint gonna happen lol.
