The actual cost of a click for an advertiser in an auction. The actual CPC is calculated in realtime and we cannot know the Actual CPC, but we can see Avg. CPC.

Actual CPC = (AdRank to Beat/QS)+$0.01

CPC-based or cost per click advertising allows businesses to pay only for the targeted leads they receive. In the competitive online marketplace, this can spell success much more quickly than other advertising methods.

Actual CPC is the real cost of your click. The average is the aproximate one. CPC may vary depends on you competition, your ad, others bids and how popular is particular word/phrase.

CPC  refers to the actual price you pay for each click in your PPC marketing campaigns. And as an advertiser, your CPC will always be less than on qual to your max bid, because it is an average of bids against a series of competitors over a period of time. For the reason how Google's Adwords auction works, your actual CPC is   oppressively influenced by both you and your closest  competitor's ad rank.

Actual CPC is the final amount you are changing for a click. You are often changed less- sometimes much less - that your maximum CPC bid, which is the most you will typically be changed for a click! Actual CPC is more often less than max. CPC because with the AdWords auction, the most you will pay is what is minimally required to hold your ad position and any ad formats shown with your ad, such as sitelinks.
