you mean increase? because less count on alexa means better rank(until you reach number 1). Alexa rate websites by visitors, if you want to rank better- more visitors should come to your website. But rankings is updated not so often so do not panic if google analytics show double more visitors, and alexa still in one place..
follow me to decrease alexa, you need to build a system of backlinks from websites with high page rank, alexa high, large amount of google index.

according to me you have to say increase alexa not say to is alexa decrease.
