remove duplicate title tags and duplicate meta descriptions

hello !!

we are using WordPress for my website as [ redundant link removed ].
there we also used free version of AIOSEO plugged in .

when we try to check my SEO Site Score for my website.
its show some critical error as .

1. Duplicate Open Graph meta tags were found.
2. 30 pages have duplicate meta descriptions

so suggest me how can we remove Duplicate open graph meta tags as well as meta description.
