+ How should we maintain our webs/blogs?
   i.e. Shall we strain our eyes and head for long hours sitting in front of the computer and     
   watching our site for visitors posts / purchase?

+ How often should we add / post new content articles?

+ Shall we make new changes to the design / layout of our web every weeks / months?

1) Yes, you should.
2) Preferably every day (at least one time a week).
3)Not obligatory. Maybe one time per 3-5 years.
