Oh yes there are lots of way of doing that Like status updates making page and groups, in fact some people have gone to the head of making videos and posting it in facebook

Sorry, I've got the wrong word there. They're not spammers, but scammers.
They ordered some goods and then they'll be in complete silenced without a trace.
No more phone numbers and no more email replies.

for me personally facebook is just good as a social hangout place, not really too good for marketing business etc as most people who use facebook are only interested in meeting old school friends and talking about their personal lives. No one wants to add someone solely for the purpose of advertsing.
