I think no..Because everybody be the member of fb and already it is getting more traffic..So Google+ will get the same member in fb and too not more familiar and not having more apps as like as fb...So it is tough...

Google Plus is new for people and its take time to spread its service and feature. Google Plus is a product Google So that it will help somewhere of Google Plus. But facebook make it own plateform and everyone like it most. Youth is  like facebook as compare Google Plus.

Presently Facebook is a leader as compared Google+. As Facebook is having a large number of user as compared to Google+ so definitely with large number of social contact and engagement with its user friendly approach made the Facebook to drive more your website as compared Google+.
