2 versions of site on same server

Hi friends,

I have a website www.abc.com and www1.abc.com both are drupal site and hosted on same server. Both of the sites are indexed by google. Using site:abc.com i see both www.abc.com and www1.abc.com. But the in the coding i have used www1.abc.com and i want google to index just www.abc.com.

Does anyone have solution to this problem. Since meta robot "noindex" cannot work as both the sites are on same server?
