Google PR fallen!!

My website has fallen its PR today...it becomes 3 from 4. And one of my friend's website increase it from 0 to 2. I am astonished why it happens?

Google page rank counts the trust of the inbound links to your website. The reason for this decrease could be:

- some of the most trusted websites you are linking from have decrease in their PR
- lost backlinks from websites with high PR

I really agree with the reason provided in the above post. Besides this I think that hummingbird's factor might have also been taken into consideration while calculating page rank and the quality of the content of your page might not of that required criteria.

I think that your website got failed in maintaining the quality of the onpage and of the backlinks as per the standard fixed by Google. But don't you can increase it again but you should now work with the preplanned strategy so that you come to know about in which way you need to move.

This time PR of most of the websites got improved, but yours are having a different case. Like others I also think some mistakes have been done while optimizing the on page and off page for your website, and they became of low quality. But now you can rectify this, create a strategy so that you may not get this bad experience again.
