it depends majorly on 3 factors
first: your website content should be unique there shouldn't be any duplicate content
second: you should frequently update your website (at least blog page)
third: check for any server issues

if it was good with these factors then manually submit fetch Google, your title will get indexed.

I think Google bot has not crawled your website other wise your website's changed title would have been showed on Google. You should submit your website sitemap again to Google.

I understand that you have changed the title of your website, but Google has not updated it for over a month. It can be frustrating when search engines don't reflect the latest changes to your website. Here are a few things you can try:

1. Make sure your website is indexed: Check if your website is indexed by searching "site:yourdomain.com" on Google. If no results show up, it means your website may not be indexed. In this case, you can submit your sitemap through Google Search Console to help Google discover and crawl your pages.

2. Request a reindexing: If your website is already indexed, but the changes are not reflected in search results, you can submit a request for reindexing in Google Search Console.

3. Optimize your website for crawling and indexing: Ensure that your website follows SEO best practices, such as having a clear site structure, optimized metadata, and relevant keywords. This can improve the chances of your website being crawled and indexed more frequently.

4. Build high-quality backlinks: Earning backlinks from reputable websites can help signal to search engines that your content is valuable and should be updated more frequently.

5. Be patient: Google's search index is massive, and it can take time for changes to propagate. While Google aims to update its index regularly, it's important to remember that the frequency of updates can vary depending on various factors.

If these steps don't resolve your issue, you may want to seek assistance from a professional SEO specialist who can help diagnose and address any potential technical issues affecting your website's visibility on search engines.
