subdomain indexed but not displayed in Google SERP

Hello friends

We have a sub domain http://tws.trijit.in which is indexed by Google but not showing in SERP and it has 350 back links also. We searched for internal page i.e. http://tws.trijit.in/vps-hosting/ on Google by giving the product name which the page give details about along with company  name like "trijit vps hosting", even though Google doesn't show the sub domain. I have searched with other companies websites which were indexing fine and showing results. Request to suggest a solution on this. We have xml site map of sub domain and uploaded it google and it link from home page too.
