I started seeing page 1 of Google covered in PPC ads from local SF searches and I was referred to a video by SEO Insider(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fccj4nJqDYY) about how this has been happening for some users.

Is Google really going to launch this and will it kill SEO?
