Why Search Engines do not like SEO

Search engines cannot come right out and openly agree with SEO services since SEO service providers may directly take away revenue search engines would gain from pay per click services. As well as taking revenue from the search engines some SEO services may also decrease the relevancy of search results.
There is no official guidance on how to do SEO. Search engines give brief vague guidelines, but they will never provide precise guidance. If they had exact rules one could find similar techniques to manipulate their search results that were still fine in their rule book. Search engines cannot set out a precise guideline that judges intent.
What matters in the SEO industry is results. How did the top site get there? How can my site rank at the top?

That's the things why SEO need to work in searching good approach in seo methods and strategies. Because if search engines can feed the right things of ranking, it was very easy for SEO to work out on certain keyword of the site.

Search engine do not hate SEO, he hates for those who do spamming and irrelevant promotion of their websites and wants that their websites must be in top search engine rankings. Search Engines do not hate SEO they just don't want someone to get ranked for unrelated queries like some of the SEO does. If a website provide only travel services it should be ranked only for travel services but some of them want to be ranked for some other unrelated queries like Travel accessories and Luggage however they do not deal in that. They have major reason for promoting their business is to just get the more visitors they can whether they're targeted or not.

SEO tend to boost low quality websites to appear on the first page of Google and they don't actually like that. Of course, Google wants domains that are particularly relevant to us as users.

If you are a SEO related person then you must have answer of this question. Today people do lots of over optimization so the visitors do not get proper answer for their search result. So Google don't like these things.
