ey guys,

I'm working on optimizing an off-page SEO strategy for an online mental health and therapy site, and I'm looking for some advice on balancing anchor text distributions.

The site is newbielink:https://igotucorp.com/ [nonactive], which provides online therapy, CBT, and stress/anxiety counseling. Since medical/YMYL (Your Money Your Life) niches are heavily monitored by Google's helpful content updates, I want to keep the link profile incredibly clean.

Right now, I am trying to figure out the best ratio between raw URL anchors, branded text, and exact match keys like "online anxiety counseling" or "аdult CBT therapy".

For those of you managing sites in the wellness or telehealth space:

Are you leaning heavily (70%+) into purely branded anchors to stay safe from algorithmic filters?

How are you dealing with E-E-A-T requirements on the landing pages to make sure the referral traffic actually converts?

Would love to get some insights from anyone handling YMYL or telehealth sites. Thanks!

For a YMYL site, I wouldn't try to hit a specific anchor-text percentage just to stay "safe." A natural mix usually makes more sense, with branded and URL anchors making up most of the profile and exact-match anchors coming naturally from relevant mentions rather than being deliberately built.
