Do no-follow backlinks have any impact on increasing the keyword ranking of a website? Suppose, a no-follow link built is shown in the webmasters in "Links to Your Site", even then is it of zero value?
Many image-sharing website gives no-follow backlinks. Can we do image sharing to gain traffic to our website if they are no-follow links?

no follow doesn't count as back link to the site from search engine but it can be helpful as an traffic generate source if it's come from high pr sites.The idea behind a no follow link is that a search engine will not click through a link flagged as such.
