Autosignature

While posting stuff on various websites, we are normally given an autosignature facility. I'd like to know whether it adds to the SEO State of my website if I include the website title in the autosignature or the url is sufficent, bearing in mind that my website has its metatags sorted (which include the website title).
The same question about commenting on FB pages, and including the link and title of the website at the end of the comment.
