There are many ways to find links that are plain, and dofollow does not exist as a tag in any website, if any owner puts the tag in the site then it is in vain.  Plain links, or follow links can easily be found by using Google to find them.

I always use search queries to find do follow blogs like " keyword + site:.com/blog"

Best think you can do is to find few do-follow (there are lists on the web, search them), then reverse engineer. See what are the footrints, what do they have in common and you are good to go. Google is your friend, if you know how to use it.
