Social Bookmarking Issue, How to Solve this Issue?

This below message frustrated me.

"Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended by Akismet Anti-Spam Plugin"

Whenever I work on social bookmarking every time this above message happened and said this, but I cannot how to resolve this issue. Even I not put link in description follow all steps but this error every time happen my all working zero when I open again link this above message appear. Please solve this issue.

Akismet Anti-spam plugin checks your comments and contact form, bookmarking submissions whether it's spam or good content. If it's against their database it will block and delete your comment.

To overcome this issue, Use VPN or try with genuine proxies. And more over don't use links in the bookmarking content.
