Need Help With Weird Backlink Report

Question:

My back link report shows:

Google: 1
Alexa: 3
Yahoo: 129
MSN: 0

I have been building 100's of backlinks for months all over the internet. How come there's this huge difference in the results and what do I do to increase backlinks in Google and Alexa???
