Linkgrand.com is a wonderful little site that works amazingly well.  They have started recently an upgrade section too.  They also allow you to earn by its affiliate program.  Advertising is very cheap there.

You pay for getting visitors which want only to be paid for visits.
Does it actually work?
I have never used that tactic to attract clients.
They are not clients, they are nothing. Such method will not help you in developing any web project .

It works because their system allows the ads to stay permanently in their site and the likelihood of getting hits after the expiry of the ads is more.

I am a member of linkgrand.com and I have been earning there slowly though.  Yes.  Their upgrade system is good.  If we upgrade we are likely to earn double what we earn as normal members.
