If you want to add your content on some other's blog then its known as Guest blogging. Today many bloggers allow you to do so  to improve their blog's value if you post the quality content.

The number one link building tactic SEO masters use the most is guest blogging. Guest blogging for other blogs can be one of the best ways to get quality backlinks to your blog because in my own experience the kind of backlinks you can get from this source is far better than that you will get from other sources.
Guest blogging is the process of writing for other blogs and in return you will be given an author bio below your post where you can let the readers of your guest post know more about you. You can then make use of the author bio by using the anchor text of your choice to link to the page you'd like it to rank for.
There is no debate about this. Guest blogging works great for link building. ^-^

Guest blogging is a marketing strategy that helps to both improve search engine positioning and establish your credibility within your niche.

Guest blogging is a tool that can enhance the author's reputation and exposure. When you start a new blog, your content might have trouble reaching a wide audience, even if it is top-notch. By offering some posts up for other sites to publish, you can reach many more people who can carry over to your site and become subscribers.

Well it all boils down to getting your name out there. So when you do guest-blogging there are more sites out there carrying your name. And people will seek you and your site out, if they like your writing. It's as simple as that, but very successful as a strategy in Content Marketing! !-!

Guest posting become one of most modest and trendy feature of link building. In this strategy, we write blog for other blog platform. It's completely promising way to getting quality traffic and backlink to site.

Guest Post:

A guest post is a piece of content the author and the blogger arrange to publish on the blogger's site for free. The guest post belongs to the author and is attributed to him. It is up to the author which sites to link to within the post and it is up to the blog owner to accept/reject the contribution.

So the concept is quite straightforward:

1.The author writes an article and shows it to the blogger;
2.The blogger decides if the article fits his blog and if yes, publishes it on the site.
3.(Optionally) The blogger and the author may arrange that the author promotes (i.e. shares) his post once it is published (and thus drives more traffic to the blogger's site).

How do bloggers benefit from guest posting?

The author thus expands his reach to the blogger's audience and the blogger gets a piece of great relevant content completely for free: free links and free content!

Are there any rules and limitations?

Of course, in this atmosphere of mutual benefit there is a certain set of rules:

1.The author should provide unique content (no re-publishing);
2.The blogger should not edit the author's article without discussing the edits with the author (except for minor Grammar mistakes).

Benifit of guest blogging, my friend, is that it allows you to tap into an already established audience, build backlinks to your own website, and increase your online autority. Think about it, when you write for someone else's blog, you're not just promoting your own brand, you're also building a relationship with the blog owner and their audience. And let's be real, who doesn't want more eyeballs on their content?

But, let's get real for a second, guest blogging ain't all sunshine and rainbows. There's a lot of spammy tactics out there, and Google's always on the lookout for people trying to game the system. So, you gotta be careful, make sure you're writing high-quality content, and not just churning out some low-quality drivel just for the sake of getting a backlink.
And another thing, guest blogging takes time and effort, it's not a quick fix, it's a long-term strategy. You gotta be willing to put in the work, research the blogs, craft a compelling pitch, and write something that's actually worth reading. But, if you're willing to put in the effort, the rewards can be huge.
