Keyword density plays a major role in increasing the rank of any website. If your website contains high keyword density then it won't get worked nicely as the Google algorithms says the density or the keyword stuffing should be maximum 2% to 3%. So, using keywords in proper manner can help any of the businesses to rank in Google easily and Google will crawl it nicely as well.

Keyword density is the percentage of number of times keyword appeared on a web page by the total number of words on that page. If you have written an article of 100 words and you are using your keywords 10 times, then your keyword density is 10% .

Google continuous watch on your content. If the content having same keyword so many times mean Google can consider it spam. So keyword density is still important.

Hi,
Keyword density used to be the number 1 thing that bloggers concerned themselves with and would spend hours researching to get this right.  This is still very important, but there are so many more things that search engines now look at.

Keyword Density was important, is now important, & also important for future.

Yes keyword density does matter a lot, there was a time when keywords were included in the content unnecessarily to make it relevant but today you can include the other variations of the keyword instead of using the actual keywords many times

Excess usage of keywords within your website and your blog won't help you to rank your website in Google search engine. What you need to do is try to add few keywords that too within 2:3 ratio i.e. use primary keywords 2 times and use long tail keyword 3 times. It will help you to rank your website on the best long tail keyword rapidly as long tail get top on search result quickly. Mostly people are now using long tail keywords only to get the exact result of their search.

If you're still fixated on achieving a specific percentage, you're not just behind the curve - you're on a different planet. Google's algorithms are designed to reward content that genuinely serves users, not content that meets a keyword quota. The best density? Zero! Focus on creating authentic, engaging content that speaks to your audience.
