How do you maintain a nutritious, balanced diet without falling into the trap of obsessively counting every calorie?

Meal prepping saved me. I choose five go-to meals with balanced macros and rotate them. It takes the stress out of eating and keeps me on track without calorie apps. Once I stopped overthinking food, I actually felt healthier and dropped weight naturally, plus, I don't crave sugar constantly anymore.

Balancing my diet used to be a constant mental battle, counting every calorie, overanalyzing every snack. What helped most was focusing on habits: eating more fiber, staying hydrated, cutting down added sugar. I've also incorporated intermittent fasting and light meal prepping, which keep things simple. On the medical side, my doctor recommended I try Mounjaro for my type 2 diabetes. I decided to get Mounjaro online after doing research, and it's helped regulate my blood sugar and appetite naturally. Now I don't overeat or feel the need to snack constantly.
