Best Anti-virus software

The antivirus industry is a joke. Most of these programs are just bloated, resource-hungry monsters that slow down your system and offer little actual protection. I mean, have you seen the detection rates for some of these so-called "top-rated" antivirus software? It's like they're just playing a game of whаck-a-mole with malware. Take, for example, McAfee Antivirus - it's like they're trying to make a quick buck off of gullible consumers.

On the other hand, if you're looking for something a bit more...unconventional, you could try using a Linux-based operating system with a built-in firewall and some basic security tools. I mean, let's be real, most malware is designed to target Windows systems, so if you're not using Windows, you're already ahead of the game. Just don't expect any fancy-schmancy antivirus software to save you from yourself - at the end of the day, it's all about user education and common sense.

Good list, thanks! I'm currently using Avast and I'm satisfied with it.
