              Please tell me, what are the effects of festivals on environment?

The quantum of air and noise pollution caused due to the bursting of firecrаckers increases on Diwali.
Firecrаckers release pollutants such as sulphur dioxide, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide etc in the air, which causes ailments like asthma and bronchitis.

Different festivals caused various types of adverse effect on environment.Like on Dipavali air pollution rises due to huge usage of crаckers. Like wise on Makar Sankrant environment get polluted by kites. Some species like birds get injured by kites. In Holi water pollution adversely affect to the different sources of water.
