Planning a Trip to Jordan – Advice and Must-See Spots?

Hey everyone!

I'm starting to make plans for a trip to Jordan and would love to hear from people who have recently been there.  I've always wanted to go to Petra, but the more I read, the more I understand there is to see. Like the desert scenery in Wadi Rum, floating in the Dead Sea, and learning about the history and food scene in Amman.
