Is on-page SEO is done properly on your website?
If yes, start doing off-page SEO. work on relevant sites for better results.

first, do the keyword research and optimize the content according to it, make it mobile friendly, analyze the page with the tools like GT-matrix, Google page insight, and etc. Clear all the errors in On-page and start to do off Page SEO work.

First of all, you should focus on quality Content, Your Content should be targeted keywords and fully understandable for user. Then after that you want to be make the quality or high authority doamin backlinks.

Do you want to optimize it with a tool or do audit manually?
and links are good but on-page optimization is a must.
