Passing seo value from https page to http page

Hi all,

As we all know a website home page gets some SEO value from popularity of its website internal pages in SE. 

Now i want to move my website from http to https, after reading the reviews about https that it can increase webpage load time causing a slower website for user browsing, i want to implement https partially on my website.

My question is if i keep my home page as https and all blog posts as http then does i get seo value from my http blog posts to https home page?
