Unnecessary message coming in my facebook page inbox

I have Facebook business page, I tired by seeing many Unnecessary message is coming in my inbox. some like "attachment"
If any one have solution of get rid from these message. Please let me know.

Log in to your Facebook account and click the account menu arrow; then select "Privacy Settings."
Click "Edit Settings" next to How You Connect.
Click the drop-down menu next to "Who can send you Facebook messages?" and select your option. Choose from Everyone, Friends or Friends of Friends.
