.doc -to-> html?

Is there any way of converting .doc dоcuments to HTML? Its mainly images and textboxes I am worried about, otherwise I would use fread and fwrite.

Otherwise is there any easilly integratable WYSIWYG editor (in php, free) that I can use that will allow me to copy from a word dоcument and pase?

What is the one used here on this site, seems to have all the options I need.
