A blogroll link is compared to a forum link, sitewide and passes super less link value. Blogroll's are suppossed for being nofollow according to Google, so if Google's algorithm makes sense enough to identify blogroll links from other links i am able to say that Blogrolls may well provide NO link juice at all.
