Checking backlink of competitor website

Hey, while we are on the subject... does anyone know of a full analysis tool that will tell me the Titles and internal link structure of a domain?

I want to see  how my competitors sites are constructed.?

There are many tools avaolable for the same. You can try spyfu. Google and yahoo search engines are also good for checking backlinks of any site including your competitior. Simply write link: url of site in the search box

I would prefer SEOmoz's tools set- especially "open site explorer" for that matter.
Some of my colleague will argue that MajesticSEO is more accurate and shows newer links.
