Indexing links takes so much time, If done naturally. But there are some techniques like Pinging, Submitting, Using software's etc.

You tried - what? It's not obvious what have you already done. Is it the website from your profile? You know, either it doesn't work or you've spelled it wrong. Either way maybe that's the reason you're not getting backlinks.

You know, website are penalised for getting a lot of dead links, so everybody usually clean deadlinks. So if your link doesn't work eventually it will be removed...
