Also are there any side effects to using any of these free products ie adda ware type stuff as my CPU is running well don't need to screw it up by downloading resource hogs and such?

Nice tools. I wasn't familiar with some of these tools that you have discussed here. There are two more tools are there SEO quake and Search Status. These are used to check page rank, domain age, alexa rank, meta tags etc.
