Their customer support is great and incredible fast. When you write to support team, you get an answer usually within the hour allowing you to solve your problems quickly. I think their prices are really reasonable in contrast to the benefits you get.

I've been with NetShop Isp cheap web hosting for more than 7 months, and I'd like to say that I like this web host. Sales and support staff are amazing.
The support is excellent, there are a few issues with the lack of an actual billing system, everything is taken care with via emails, however this isn't a major issue.
