Is important the hosting in SEO?

I want to start a new blog, i see a lot of hosting offers with good prices that adjust to my project, but i read about the importance about the hosting in the SEO.

Have much relevance the country where the hosting is located, if i want to reach the public in Spain with the language spanish in the blog, is the same that i get a hosting located in USA? Or google take this information and would be more dificult to do the SEO in my country?

If your blog is targeting any specific country and your require readers from that country and server that country, then you can go for a hosting provider which has its data center in that particular country. This will help your visitors know that your website is specific to that particular area and it is much helpful for SEO.

Ok, thank you foe the answer, i see one or two interesting hostings with good prices but the data center was in United States, and my blog is focused on spanish people so i am searching now a company from Spain with the data center here, but for what i see until now, the services provides for national comapnies are worst and expensive than the hosting i see in other places, so i keep going to search something that adjust to my needs.
