Best free site monitoring?

I have one certain webhosting account that I think is kind of flakey. I think that the server that I'm on is taking to long to access all the files or it keeps crashing.

I'm wondering what free site monitoring service most people are using. I really only need it to monitor this one server/domain but if someone knows of a service that can monitor more than one domain I'd be happy to use something like that.

You can also try siteuptime.com but in free account they will check siteuptime every 30 minutes interval.
