Front Page Guest Book problem

Hello: I am using Front Page 97 and everything is linking fine except the Guest Book after you write something in the Guest Book, then when you press the Submit button, it says page cannot be found. I uploaded the guestlog.htm I looked in the html code and things seem OK. Does anybody know how to solve this problem, please? Thank you. I do have plans to get Dreamweaver.
