Plz advice me how/what to do with this adsense site

Hi, i want to launch a new adsense mini niche site but i am afraid of banning account due to using MFA theme. Here is my site (http://www.bestmortgagedealsz.com/) with one main unique article there and anothr 14 scheduled posts every week.

1. do you recommend me to use that theme or i need to custom it to be unique?
2. What you think i should do in regard to that theme and visitors to the site?
