How to deindex pages that are indexed due to malware

From last 2 months my website is under the attack of a Japanese malware. Pages of my website are deindexed while many unknown pages are indexed that are showing in GSC. When I check web site through method of site:domainname only 2 pages are showing to be indexed while in search console 63000 pages are indexed. Please help me to solve this error by checking my website.
