maybe Web design is not convenient for visitors
maybe you have left backlinks in websites or blogs not associated to your niche
maybe brought fiverr gig to drive traffic, coming non targeted visitors
maybe there are no attractive content for visitors on your website
maybe there are too much affiliates and other ads
if it is ecomerce, maybe prices too high compared to competitors
Agressive posting to social network groups and pages, people coming, but leaving right away

I mean a lot of things may affect your bounce rate. First think about visitors. It like in business school "client always right"

I totally agree with your reply. A websites bounce rate depends upon many factors, such as design, links, content or target keywords etc. So, one need to carefully analyze the website and make planning accordingly.

Can first-time visitors understand straight away what your blog/website is about without reading a single post? If your blog fails to achieve that goal, then you might want to rethink your design... Or at least your header in order to reduce the bounce rate.

higher bounce rate is common for blogs but if you have a website and you have higher bounce rate than you should think about it. You can decrease bounce rate by making your landing pages more interesting.

Factors that may be affecting with solutions :
1. Slow loading of pages - Try to make sure your server is good enough to load your webpages in time. If not then change the service or upgrade it.
2. Poor or less content - Websites without content or less content ratio makes the visitor dumb face. as he/she cannot find for what they are looking for. Help updаting unique content on all the pages and write in  way that users can understand what exactly you are trying to say.
3. Popups- A popup on a website irritates a visitor and most of the times people ignore such sites which lets you to click them first and continue. Avoid it.
4. Navigation - People if cannot navigate through your website easily can drop off and find some other site that makes good use of navigation.
5. Website Design - A website design is the most important thing to look for. if your website is dull looking its pretty much obvious that people will bounce back. As they can't find anything interesting in it. Make a good looking website. But, don't use flashes or sparkling banners.

Is user getting what he want? is he getting trouble to reach up to goal? your product or site data is sufficient for user?

Bounce Rate is the percentage of visitors that hit your website on a given page and don't visit any other pages on your site.
High bounce rate in itself doesn't mean it is a bad site. I would think google looks to see if you continue your search, going back to the google search results and looking at more sites.I really doubt that bounce rate make a different on SERP.

Your landing page isn't that great. You should reduce the ads, more great content, make it load faster, give the people something that they can't refuse.

Make business people look at your site and ask them what is missing, what they want to see more of your site when they visit.
