If you are starting - SEO is much better.

The problem with PPC is that you can lose serious money before you start understanding how the process works.

For me, SEO is better because it doesn't require money, with very little investment you can start SEO and you would keep learning and enjoying too..

While PPC takes money, even you have to test products first to earn money.
