I have experimented around with all the different social bookmarking sites, and here's the results I came up with.

Digg - best for link value, drives in very little traffic
StumbleUpon - Awesome for driving in traffic, provides no real link value
Technorati - Decent for traffic, provides no real link value
Delicious - Never really found this one to be good for anything.
