Hello, I'm using Google Ad-word Tools, but before it I'm using Google Ad-word i target my own keyword.
And According to those Keyword i Research my keywords from Google Ad-Word. So that i can Target Good keywords.

I am agree with hogward that first of all we have to do brainstorm to know about by which keyword user would search result for your site and after that you may use keywords research tool to know searches & competition about that keywords and suggest target keywords for your website.
