Hi everyone.
At PhilScience we have launched the research project Towards a systematic epistemology of the Web space, led by Dr. Catalin Barboianu. Websites in all niches (except the prohibited ones) are expected to participate to this project as reviewed sites. We offer the reviewed sites the possibility to get listed (with hyperlink and brief description) in the publications we produce with this project. It is about an unique program connecting the academic realm of social epistemology and the web space itself, by which participating websites can acquire 8+ backlinks from scholarly/academic sites.
Periodic research/technical reports describing the partial results of the study and containing a selective list of 10-15 reviewed websites will be published and disseminated publicly via high-authority academic channels that we have access at, which currently includes top science repositories like: Researchgate.net (DR 93), SSRN.com (Social Science Research Network, DR 92), Philpapers.org (DR 74), Hal.science (DR 73), Psyarxiv.com (DR 84; part of the Open Science Framework, osf.io), SSOAR.info (the Social Science Open Access Repository of the Leibniz Institute, DR 75), Hcommons.org (DR 75), and philsci-archive.pitt.edu (the philosophy of science repository of the University of Pittsburg, DR 88).
The results of the study (either quantitative or qualitative) regarding the web content will be summarized and will not include individual assessments.
