I've been trying to stay updated with the rapid changes in SEO, and honestly, it feels like the landscape has shifted a lot recently—especially with AI playing a bigger role in search results.

From what I've seen, traditional tactics like just focusing on keywords and backlinks don't seem to be enough anymore. Now there's a lot of talk about AI-driven search, zero-click results, and something called Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). It seems like search engines are focusing more on user intent, content quality, and overall experience rather than just technical optimization.

Give Google and your users what they want. This is a timeless golden rule.
Don't trust what you see on Linkedin and similar sites saying SEO is dead and that the new trends are AEO, GEO and LLM. Sure, they are useful for supposedly appearing on AI generative answers, but let me ask you something.

What do you want ? More views or make sales ? Do you want to only appear on AI for online ego without any benefit behind ? Do you want to work for nothing, bro ?  :-X

The same pplz over-promoting their supposed expertise on AI are making posts on Linkedin several times per day. When do they work actually ? :))

I'm not against AI, but think of it this way : where do AI agents get their answers ? What algorithms do they use in order to select the best answers ? It's the same for Google. Nobody can be categoric and pretend they know everything about google's algo. Same goes for AI.

In short, just do quality content with regular Json-LD FAQ and think EEAT.
