I used to pick up a lot of really cool expired and aged domains over at tdnam (Godaddys, aftermarket domain marketplace). Are there any other sites you particularly recommend ?

TDNAM is the way, i've already said i'm a big fan of godaddy and their aftermarket auction site is the quickest way to pick up old domains with PR or without. Man I've picked up domains which were like 15 years old. A quick dig into archive.org and the contnet is back up too.. Awesome stuff.

TDNAM (i.e. godaddys auction place) it's the easiest and quickest place to find domain names... Plus they're massive :)

Couldn't agree with this more - This site is the "auction house" of Godaddy (a site which registers domain and sells them) so this "auction house" is blooming huge bursting with everything you will ever need in a domain name!

Give it a little search and you are absolutely guaranteed to find something which you like the look of.

Godaddy is also a fantastic company so do not worry about the site being trust worthy! They most definitely are!

I never buy expired, aged or deleted domains. I only buy fresh domain. But you can try domaining.com.  maybe you can have some luck there.

MY

also don't forget the godaddy auction annual subscription of just $5, whereas in other places it can be $100+

I have bought a domain from DomainKa and I am satisfied with their service and assistance. So you can try there.
